LAJA

Jair Téllez is a chef and my closest friend. LAJA is the restaurant he opened in Valle de Guadalupe, Baja California, Mexico, in the early 2000s.

We made this film to tell the story of how this unprecedented project began—and how a group of farmhands became instrumental in its evolution. It’s a testament to trust, hard work, and the new horizons they can create.
